Lemonade Weight Loss – Quick Way to Lose Weight

Seems to be that lemonade weight loss is becoming very popular because the results so it’s a quick way to lose weight. Lemonade weight loss has been around for a very long time and in fact, began in the 1940′s. See, this guy, his name was Stanley Burroughs, he started the Master Cleanser. The Master Cleanser, also called just the Master Cleanse or the Lemon Cleanse, was developed to improve immunity, give more energy and cleanse the entire body of toxins. The ingredients are lemons, cayenne pepper, grade b maple syrup, and purified or distilled water. So what people were finding is that yes, they were getting more energy, better skin, immunity, etc…but a great side effect was super fast weight loss.

People have been using the Master Cleanse faithfully for all of these years, but just recently, the use of it by celebrities has brought it to the attention of regular people too. Beyonce stated on the Oprah Winfrey show that she used a version of the Master Cleanse to prepare for her role in Dreamgirls and dropped more than 20 pounds.
